Totango was a 10-year-old customer success platform in a category dominated by one giant corporation and challenged by young, hungry startups. A brand forgotten by many in the industry and saddled with tons of mismatched legacy design and copy components across the product and communications channels.
So Totango partnered with Upstatement, a digital design studio, to reinvigorate the brand with a bold, playful design language that would stand out in a staid and serious category.
