In tandem with Totango’s brand redesign, we launched an awareness campaign to breathe life into the brand.
Our new design language was bold and modern, and our founder and president both had strong, no-nonsense personalities, so we decided to deliver a hard-hitting message aligned with our updated sales presentation and newly-launching podcast series.
When we analyzed the business marketplace, we saw many companies were still trying to use labor-intensive spreadsheets or attempting to retrofit their CRM to manage their customer journeys, which for any practitioner definitely felt like BS.
So we positioned Totango as the simple solution that cuts the BS out of customer success.
Our three-month campaign garnered 109% of MQLs and drove monthly site traffic over 100k for the first time in Totango’s history. Ads were placed across banners, video (LinkedIn and YouTube), audio, Taboola and Outbrain, and LinkedIn single image and carousel units.
